Item Purchase
- All our products need to be paid before taking out from the store.
- All the orders must be prepaid before shipping.
- Sellers need to double check their items for any damage, incorrect items, Incorrect size, incorrect colour or any quality issues right at the store. It will became 100% their responsibility to the product they are purchasing from us after checking, and we do not accept any complain thereafter.
- We do not deal any issues or complains between the end-customer and the sellers. Its 100% the seller responsibility for their customers.
- We do not allowed any of our watermarked product picture to resale anywhere rr taking orders with the price lower than our wholesale price that we posted on the groups. This does not include the item they already purchase from us which they have in stock with themself.
Return & Replace
- We do not accept any damage complain after checking at the store.
- We do not refund in cash after purchasing the items.
- For any mistake from us, you must repost back to us within one day for Aizawl and 3 days for outside Aizawl.
- For any Returned items, it must be in an original packing and receipt (if any) must be included. Footwear and Home appliance must include the original QR Code that is labelled on the box.
- We can exchange the item purchase for any mistake in colour and size, but the items must be returned in original state, but damage, scratch or dusty items wil not be accepted.
- We allowed to exchange the product only with the same type of product. we do not allowed to change the product for any other items whatsoever.
- All Discounted and Clearance Sale can not be exchange or Return. No complains are accepted after purchasing.
Disclaimer
- We had a very strick terms and policy for complain and replacement, so you need to double check each and everything before purchase.
- We had used a different phone number, which are : Aizawl area order management and Outside aizawl order management which are clearly state on every group description. You may not get any response in case you contact to any other number from the group admin list.
- The working hours is 9am – 6pm, You may not get response from us outside the working hours.
- All the product we posted on the groups may not have the exact colour with the real product due to the light source and Camera used during taking photo of the product.
- Almost 90% of our product pictures are our exclusive real photo that we taken, the rest may be the company/factory catalog pic which we fail to shoot the real colour and are too hard to shoot a nice looking products 🙂
- All clothing and footwear sizes may not be the same depending on the company and source of our factory partners. You must be careful on taking orders and you are requested to check each and everything before purchasing. In case you can not came to the store yourself, You are allowed to asked anything related to the products like Closeup photo, Exact measurement..etc.
