The terms and conditions does not include our Reselling Partners (Whatsapp Group Members). You can find the respective terms for resellers on different page. Products & Purchase

We do not provide a fully feature Ecommerce website, Else we are more of a Social Media Shopping business. So, All our product and catalog are uploaded to Instagram and Whatsapp Groups that you can browse and check out for our latest updates. We do not run a Pre-Order or Drop Shipping business. All products posted on our pages/groups are in stock excluding the product that had already been run out of stock.

You Can purchase any of our products directly by confirming the items carefully through Whatsapp – 8794-460188 or Direct Message through Instagram. All orders must be Prepaid for shipping, and we can do COD only in Aizawl Area, but the order could not be cancel whatsoever for COD.

Shipping & Delivery

We Provide Free Shipping for the first delivery of any purchase. But the free shipping does not cover the return and replace shipping. So, Make sure you pick the correct item before you purchase as you will not get a free shipping for the replacement.

We can do Same day delivery for Aizawl area, and 2 days shipping for Outside Aizawl. We can shiped through Sumo/Cargo service, Speed Post and Delhivery, whichever is best for your location and you can choose your choice of shipment.

We understand that You and Us have a very limited time (like everyone else), so we believe in one time job for a single purchase.

Return & Replace

We do not allowed any refund (unless for a very special case) for any product purchase as we carefully double check for every product before shipping. We normally, do not allowed product return for damaged product after we checked and confirm the product from our end unless it was done from a shipping partners. You can request for a replacement if – You got a wrong product, size or colour. You may also request for a replacement for a better product that are same or hight in price. No replacement allowed for a lower price product whatsoever.

All Product returned should be in an original state that you received, No damage and missing part are allowed for the product itself and the original box. All Footwear should be return along with the original box that has our QR Code on the side of the box.

Please make sure you confirm your selected item as we have a strick return/replace policy.
